Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

At first everything is fine especially when we are working at home, KPI's are realistic, and doable. But now, we are mandated to go full RTO with no additional pay and allowance which is disappointing. The pay is not worth it anymore for someone who is aiming to have a financial freedom.

What are some of the best things about your team?

They are real people with realistic insights.

I haven't met my new team yet, hopefully soon

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The environment, free meal, the facilities and as for now the managers

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

It should be better if the over all package is P20,000 per month and 2 free dependents for HMO

What makes you most happy at work?

Because it is not a pressuring work unlike voice accounts, that you interact with irate customer plus reaching your KPIs

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I was transferred to a new team and cluster, and they we're understanding and never invalidated my condition now and still give me the benefit of the doubt to perform well.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I am worried about how much is my take home pay once we are at full RTO, it is already low, and there is no additional allowances , please add transpo & clothing allowance and hazard pay

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Now that you are sending us back to office, company should at least raise our salary to and give us transportation and clothing allowance and more importantly, hazard pay. We are already being underpaid for the task and demand of the job.
