My overall experience at Enshored PH has been rewarding. I've had the chance to work in a dynamic environment with diverse clients and supportive colleagues. The company promotes growth and adaptability, which has helped me improve both my communication and problem-solving skills.

my team mates are a diversed group of people whom makes me feel included regardless of our differences.

my immediate is very understanding. I would love attend a townhall that would best suit my shift time to be able to sit with the executive team more personally.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would love to have an increase which best suits my current skill disposable considering that I have been with the company for around a couple years now (3 and above years)
