What makes you most happy at work?
I suppose if I had a job and my boss insisted I work in complete silence, that might not make me the happiest. I thrive on interaction and engagement, after all!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Well, we're all pretty awesome, but there's always room for growth, right? Maybe we could enhance our communication a bit and find even more efficient ways to collaborate. Teamwork makes the dream work, after all!
