I dream to have a higher position in this company. Unfortunately, there are circumstances happened. What I love in enshored is the recruitment team are very accommodating. When it comes to production, there are some people are very unprofessional specifically who has higher position.

The basic pay and monthly allowances. I don't want the TLO because it has so much hassle and inconvenience.

What makes me happy is the food packs and the salary. I also looking forward to have a better colleague that is more professional in work.
