My coworkers are not in a good shape because of the pressure from our account. No one is happy anymore.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because we keep on working, the company gave us 26 paid leave credits yet they are freezing the vacation leaves since September. We are only a month away from december and they kept on rejecting our vacation leave requests.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
nothing. it used to be a really fun laid back workplace. Now its just pain. Too much pressure and there are way too many changes just to cater the needs of the clients and for our local leaders to appear appealing to the clients. Total bs
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The leaders kept on prioritizing the needs of the clients w/o considering their employees thus this leads to us employees feeling unfair and unhappy. The small things matter a lot, and lately we feel like we are undervalued by this company. No happiness from its employees.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs to listen to the needs of their employees and not just say yes to whatever the client needs. The leaders needs to defend and speak up for their employees. The leaders keep on listening and saying yes to the client w/o considering their employees.
