The experience is satisfactory mainly because there were no means of increaseof my salary with all the knowledge and experience I have. In some aspect the company is laid back which most of us likes.

The pay check and the food packs

The food packs, it lessens our food expenses.

We tend to help each other especially about the product knowledge
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They tend to calm the client to compromise between us and him.

The other members are willing to help out when you need it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher salary, more food options for the food packs, sleeping quarters etc.
What makes you most happy at work?
Salary which is not enough unfortunately hopefully they will make up for something else in the process.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They help you adjust to your new environment for example if you get transfer to a new campaign or program.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's because I have been transferred several times to different program with no salary increase to the knowledge and experienced I gained.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive one what I notice when our client pulled-out from the campaign and we have nowhere to go, they tried there best to transfer us to a new campaign as soon as they did.
