What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We can eat on our station when we are hungry, enough time to wrap up cases before the end of shift. Very accomodating leaders on site.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yearly, there's an price increase in everything but our salary is not increasing. When we are newbie we were advised that we can request salary alignment, but there's no progress at all. Food pack was removed which impacted our daily budget and there's no subsidy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Company is great, but the cost of living now a days is really expensive and on the job that we are doing, I think it is fair if the company will raise our salary to at least 35 thousand pesos. Other companies with the same exp requirements offers more than 35k.
