I just recently passed my probationary period, and many changes already happened, not quite happy with it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are easily to approach to.

The compensation that was given to me is fair to my current role.

WFH setup most esp these coming holidays should be considered and of course additional allowances

I can easily work with my colleagues and I'm happy to go to office every day.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I'm not for the changes in the company, I just hope for a better compensation so it can motivate everyone.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
What truly amazed me is that Enshored treats everyone equally. This is the first company that I worked with without any discrimination.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
To be honest, it is ultimately up to the team to decide what areas they feel should be improved. Their experience and observations will help us identify the most impactful changes we can make moving forward.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Regarding the recent changes that have been implemented. As a moderator, I feel that these alterations may not be fair to our us moderators. I strongly feel that a meeting should have been held with all employees prior to making these decisions. I hope our salary will be aligned to the other compan
