This company does not offer yearly or any salary increase & it's a fact that's hitting me in the long run, expenses continue to grow and salary increase is only offered to those who submits their RESIGNATION LETTER as counter offer, I find it very unfair, it's demotivating.

Recognized their people, reward them. Give them the promised rewards on time with clear communication.

Within the training team, how we help each other achieve and comply whatever are the business needs.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Some leaders are doingf their job, some are not. However, specific to my Lead in the training team, I like the spirit to continously improve for the betterment of the team.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Normal feeling of a person who just work for a living, I needed to report to work to get paid and yes that does not make me excited as salary is already an expectation everytime you report to work. I think it's best we have the drive to be early and not be absent like incentives? rewards and such
