The company goals is good however there a lot if things they need to consider such as: Salary, work setup arrangements, metrics or KPI. Some of the external audits are not really align for what we have learn/known but they consider it as an error even though we follow what they have taught to us.

They helped newbies for their strategies to meet the KPI's and they are approachable.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Working from home is really a big help for us because we don't need to spend a lot of time and energy to travel. Those energy that we will save can help us to become more efficient and do our job well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Due to inflation rate here in Philippines the salary that we have is really not enough especially if you are reporting to work onsite. Considering the location of the company that most of the employees is living far from it. The cost of the transportation is really affect our salary.
