Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Having the entire skills that makes me undervalued like upskilling to phone agent, chat and gds or etc. Like when having 2 chats with one or two GDS concerned that takes time to resolve and still you need to process it as you are trained and not possible to escalate it to process.
