I hope Enshored listens to the requests and concerns of the employees, especially the agents in lower positions.
Before, the company's compensation package was great, like the food pack, internet, and device allowance, but all of that was removed by Enshored. Now, it's an added worry for us employees every day, thinking about the expenses when we go to work.
I hope the team leaders pay attention to the lost benefits of the Enshored employees. Just like the lost food packs, I hope these can be replaced with an allowance that can help cover the employees' significant expenses. I hope it can be like in other BPOs, where employees can just go to work.
