
NONE :) Honestly speaking, some of us are barely surviving the KPI just to meet the leaders' expectations to us.
Coachings, monthly team meeting that we can gather together in a board room and talk about how we are going as a team.
NOT FAIR TO EVERYONE. LEADERS KEEP ON PROVIDING CHANGES SUPER FAST AND EXPECTING TOO MUCH AS IF OUR SALARY IS QUITE FAIR ENOUGH FOR US TO MEET EVERYTHING.
To be better in listening to their employees/agents. They kept on spreading information without asking for feedbacks and what do we feel about it specially to those tasks given that is too much to ask.
Undervalued because my skill is almost work around and my salary is the same to an agent whose skill is for a single tier only. Mine is manual reissue and my tickets are very complex and complicated but some of the colleague I knew they only handle trains & hotels but we are getting the same salary.
