Knowing I'm being helpful and useful to people, specifically to the online (tiktok) community. Scrolling comfortably on social media without seeing explicit content is good for our mental health.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A raise could help in my payroll if I get regular. I'm doing my best as a content moderator and I'm passionate about my work, so I think it's just fair if I ask for a raise.
