What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For me everything is positive when it comes to the company's culture and environment.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me happy is the good and healthy ambiance in the prod floor.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers in the team are all approachable and willing to help the newbies in the prod. I can't sense any competition or quarrel inside the team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe that the salary we have is somewhat fair. Yet the benefits is somehow not good specifically for the HMO coverage of the dependents. It's been months but even a HMO account or number can't be process by the benefits team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Thay are doing their job with hearts. My leaders in our team understand each agent and does not care only to the team's score but also caring as well to every agent's well-being which I believe is the most important in being a leader.
