Working along with my teammates and other teams. Helping each other in every process and the nurture that was provided by our team managers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We've been told that there would be a salary alignment or increase, but we've been waiting for almost two years and none of it has happened. Instead, our workload has increased, and the scorecard changes almost every month. There is no consistency in higher management.
