The current job position has very constant changes that is too drastic which makes it difficult for me to cope up but I am grateful for the guidance of the mentors, QAs and my Supervisor that motivates me to strive to catch up on everyone else's performances.

Not the best, but the HMO is good though is very hassle to get for people with different schedule than usual.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Company gossip can never be avoided especially if there had been conflict with someone, but it's good that everyone is still approachable.
