No clear direction and strategic plan is being cascaded to the employees. It's as if we're just here to survive on a day-to-day basis.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Providing competitive total rewards package so our existing employees will opt to stay. Revisiting RTO policy especially for those roles that can be accomplished even when you're working at home.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I'm happy every time I'm working from home but not so excited whenever I need to report onsite. My work is something I can do even when I don't go to office. I'm good with doing RTO once a week only.
