Sharing Ideas and listening to each other's delimma. I feel like I am not alone and I have someone that can feel how I feel.
What makes you most happy at work?
My work load is fine if I am not doing chats. I mean chat is fine but doing it 2 at the same time is draining and stressful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I can't think of any for now as I am not okay with my schedule being transferred to night schedule. I hope the management are fare to employee that works hard to get the good score to keep the desired working schedule.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
A leader should have compassion for the team request, making exceptions as long as it is not business-impacting. Example: Schedule swap approval. There are people who love to work at night, and there are some who do not due to the situations at home.
