I feel undervalued in a way that I think I have the lowest JO plus despite being a cross skilled for at least 4 skills there is no allowance or even annual increase.

With a salary package of Ph25,000. I feel undervalued knowing that I have more responsibility or role than my coworkers, and I don't feel properly compensated, especially because there are no bonuses or allowances when we are upskilled, and I was already upskilled in GDS, phone, triaging, and chat
