We have recently established an encouraging activity that we called Power Hour where we receive prizes for getting CSAT, achieving CPH goal, answering trivias.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our job is too complex and difficult that we deserve to receive a greater salary and appraisal. Additionally, we previously benefited from free meals, which saved us both time and money by eliminating the need to go out to buy food. Unfortunately, this benefit has now been discontinued."
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a chat agent, our workload is harder compared to other tiers as we handle live channels and 2 chats at a time. I strongly believe that we deserve an allowance or salary increase. It feels unfair that other employees has higher salary but lesser workload than ours.
