Bring back the 2k allowance, not 1k. Also, return the food pack. Inflation is real. Hard to budget.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation not too high due to high cost of living in city and the uprising inflation. If there is a chance to at least give additional allowances. That would work

Allowance should be same when there is hybrid setup. 1k is not enough since it is 2k allowance. Not sustainable, employee like me feel undervalued. Please return the 2k allowance and food pack, inflation is real.
