Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Each employee is allocated a certain duty or skill. Everyone deserves a raise, but multi-skilled support like me deserves it the most. I was answering calls and working on email at the same time. Since I'm trained to chat, I'll be assigned to do it if there's a high volume of demand.
