Enshored would be in the top companies in the philippines, if they abolished the fixed rate terms on compensation, It would be great if they can elevate they're game in terms of compensation. For now it's really disappointing does Fixed rate term in the company. It's a crap policy and not helping.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Problem as of the moment is that the Fixed salary package, nonetheless if the fixed package abolished, Enshored would be the most proper company i've ever been to.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The fix contract fee needs to abolish. It would be better to have a established daily rate. Also salary increase for atleast 100 pesos per day would be great since company values employee 100 pesos increase per day would be nice.
