We respect each other and are keen on boundaries. We are being valued and heard as employees, especially during the time that there is an emergency that needs attention.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It is still my first week at Enshored Cebu Site and this company is far from the usual BPO environments and culture. The leadership team is impressive to us new hires as they are very open, friendly, and welcoming.
