Instead of just demanding lower handle times, great leaders provide the tools, training, and emotional support to make those targets achievable without causing burnout.

You might be providing incredible, empathetic service, but if you're only being judged on AHT (Average Handle Time) or Occupancy, it feels like your human skills don't count.
