Because I can bond again with my teammates and friends. Also, I have this motivation that this is for my family.

I can share some chitchats and errands with them. Share laughs, and also hardships. But, we are one in terms of keeping our team scores goods.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
All is good, specially the HMO. However, I may suggest if we may have a salaray increase, as that will help us be more motivated and be more productive.
