Well we are really clsoe to each other in which we are trying are best to have a great team by trying to share our ideas in every case that we are working with
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Moderating is not an easy job since you have to be updated to achieve accuracy hence i think we deserve a good compensation because we do our best to achieve the company's expectation. We are also being a frontline towards the social media community which is not an easy job.
