Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation can barely support my family of 3 but the workload keeps on piling up. HMO is lower than that of the average BPO package. Daily food has been removed which helped me save money before. But THE WORKLOAD KEEPS ON PILING UP.
What are some of the best things about your team?
we're going to Cebu to meet the other half our team. USING OUR OWN MONEY!! The company does not seem to care if team members from different parts of the country meet. THEY SHOULD HAVE FUNDS FOR AT LEAST ONCE VISIT TO CEBU ESPECIALLY FOR THE ENTRY LEVEL WFM MEMBERS.
