Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Due to possible upskilling, the compensation must match the workload and the gravity of the responsibility. Based on the current demand in the travel industry, for me, it's a little bit tight. Not really unfair but not generous enough, for me. Annual-increase, 14th month pay, and salary adjustment
