All good but there is a lot to improve since the nature of work is repetitive it causes burn outs to moderators and having 1 error in moderation makes your score blood red makes things worst. No one is perfect and mistakes are inevitable. Salary is no longer competitive.

allowance will be gone and wfh set up/ hybrid is gone its all full onsite now. what can be improve is salary increase and more allowance
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To be completely honest the minimum wage is already the same as the company's salary. Considering this is a BPO company many will hesitate to apply since other company offers much more.
