It was good at first but then when the engagement was taken out it becomes very dull and when the packed lunch was taken out it becomes more not so satisfying

We need our pack lunch back and Engagement activities
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Not much now. It was good before when there was still pack lunch which was it would really help the agent maximize their salary.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Not much to say. There are things that needs to be improve to avoid agents to look forward on resigning. Keep the floor active an at the same time productive.
