While I am only been with the company for at least 5 months, the experience so far has been great. The workload is challenging but not overwhelming, the leadership is supportive and assists us to the best of their abilities, and the compensation and benefits are good enough to keep me in the company
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The allowance, and recently the PHP 1000 increase of our base pay that is not locked/restricted behind tenurity.

The allotted wellness time for us employees have been a tremendous source of my happiness in my everyday work.
