What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
it's difficult to adjust into transitions and the target scores are hard to reach, especially when this KOM thing comes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think i deserved better since I'm trying so hard to adjust in every queue transition, in every ride from antipolo to ortigas, and to everyday work policy updates.

because of some issues like there's a lot of workloads for just a basic salary and when you file a leave for extra rest because of your tired body, there's a little chance to be approve.
