The best thing that i enjoyed and it help me the most is the rice subsidy

being cooperative, funtastic, loving and caring to each other because thats how or tl and tm treat us

they dont treat us like a co worker or employee they treat us more than that like a family

My team leader jhemar maac is a very proffesional tl, very soft spoken and even if he has nothing, he will still help you.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Me and my coworker sometimes talk to our personal life, dreams and goals that i probably like it than backstabing or ruined other people's life

the wellbeing or wellness because most of the coaches here kind,they will comfort, help you when you have a lot of things to think or problems, they ease the tension that you feel
What are some of the best things about your team?
some of them are good to work with, some of them I literally enjoy the bonding and having fun even the work load is so high and hard. They ease the situation and give a good vibes
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The work itself because mostly I enjoy working here. Some worker's here are have toxic attitude but mostly of the officers and manager you dont have a problem with them because they are nice people I swear
