The complexity and drastic turnover has been challenging and it could have been addressed more thoroughly and professionally by revisiting the underlying issues.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I am afraid some issues could have been addressed more professionally instead of being overlooked and dismissed. Leaders should retain impartiality in addressing both the employees' well-being and the clients' expectations.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Although there may be heroes who negatively impact the overall productivity of the other heroes, there are still some who can validate and be supportive and contrast the toxicity within the workplace.
