i would say it's great even though a bit sad because of the compensation they offer.

happy to get along with, we are like family no one shows competition. We work as a team. No ones gonna be alone.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of it is that..yes, I can still provide my family's needs. My allowances until it reach the payroll cut off. But then again, the salary package still not competitive enough especially to those agents that are considered "breadwinner" of their family. But still thankful.
