I don't know if they do their best because some of them is unfair and has a favoritism.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compare to other companies they paid much higher but same job offer. Salary is not competetive but we have no choice.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Hoping for salary increase and sleeping quarters especially for night shifters, back the free meal, addt'l RTO allowance, free parking, elevator is super slow, fairness in approving VL's.
