for me the best is all about my TL, she always asking not about work at all she also ask how the well-being of her team
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For me as a women is hard to go at work because the time of my shift, especially what happend recent in country. Me and my family is not complacement everytime my trip going to work.
