My experience working at enshored are like a river or flowing water, sometimes it is calm but at the same time it is rough. but sometimes it feels good to be in here because of the people arounds me they balanced the whole environment here.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The helping each other one and the casual talks in here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are fun to bond with and we are helping each other in work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
since I am in the new team specifically team Clover she seems so happy to bond with while working, she's teaching and implementing the work life balance by doing that with ethics.
What makes you most happy at work?
When my friends are here but right now they're resigning because they feel like the salary here are too small for their demands. I think I'll be happy to go in work when my people I love here are staying and they/we are not stressing out on how we will handle or budget our salary.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like in this generation or year we are now facing a lot of struggles and problems nationally and even globally. The inflation right now are too much to handle by a worker like me who are earning almost a very little bit more high than the minimum wage of the people right now.
