What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team leaders have the so-called "barkada" vibes and the culture does recognize the importance of boundaries
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
By 2026, inflation, rising rent in major hubs (like BGC, Makati, or Ortigas), and the ever-increasing cost of transportation, food, and utilities mean that our current salary might have been "okay" a few years ago no longer cuts it. I believe our salary should at least round up to P21K-22K .
