I think for now I am comfortable and enjoying my time and space here in this company. But you know the low salary it make me double think if I need to stay here for more years. But as overall I feel safe, not pressured, enjoying my work, though I know sometimes salary is not really enough.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think for being organize and accurate for what they are doing. Somehow, being concerned to their subordinate for so many reasons.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I think being collaborative and approachable. As they are very helpful and kindhearted. Our Team Leader is a accurate for giving us an update for our work and what need to improve and comply.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fast-paced environment as I like changes all the time, but not from time to time. I like also the safe-space and being LGBTQIA+ friendly environment. Also a safe-space for every women that working here. It keep me safe and comfortable.
What makes you most happy at work?
I think for being comfortable and not stressful environment. As we know it is have a low salary but the environment and peace that I have in this. I think it helps me manage my mental health regardless of the workload.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As the economy rises non-stop and the bills getting high and higher, the salary still low and not increasing as it should. It is not enough for a single person especially if you have a family that needs your help for financial expenses. The basic pay were too low as it not enough to pay the bills.
