I couldn't say the best things of my team for now because I am new to the team.

The positive about the culture and environment about the company are the people that I became close with.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The fast paced environment, the utilization of approved VLs, some leaders that doesn't know how to act one, the compensation that isn't liveable, and the commute.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Undervalued by taking away the opportunity to step up and what would make me feel better about my compensation if it can be adjusted into a more liveable wage.
