My salary pay is not up to the current market standards. An increase would be good.

There's a ton of work, but I seldom feel stressed and exhausted. Overall, it's almost always happy and fulfilling.

I hope it'll be similar with the others who are in the same position as me in the company.

They are the only company I've been with in my more than 15 years in the BPO industry that genuinely values people.

The management! There's no politics, no power-tripping bosses, and most of all, they promote growth and provide career opportunities to deserving individuals.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
The facilities. It would be better to have space to also relax, unwind, be creative and still have that work-life balance even at work. I think it'll be so much more exciting to go to work each day!
