Our CEO is the best in the entire universe, and I won't work for any other; he is the epitome of making purposeful decisions and an inspiration to us employees, and most of all, he shows respect for his employees; I love CEO Ian and SOM Yvette.

Being with the company for many years have not seen a significant raise, and prices of commodities are too high now.

That I get to be me and I can express my creative side and is not taken against me, I love it here.

I have been here several years and have performed well or can be considered above expectation and yet I have not received a favorable salary increase.

We are one, we are solid and we love working with each other. For me these group of young heroes are more than capable to reach greater heights.

My company strives to give the best benefits and compensation and listens to its workers, we will get there in no time, and I am confident we will.

They are always looking for ways to upgrade benefits, they really are trying hard, and we do see results, but it should be more realistic, like salary increases or alignments.

I like it best when we transitioned to another set of managers and our supervisors are top of the line and clearly do care and help us to the best they know how.

That all are works in progress, and the HR Team tries their very best to come up with ways to engage the heroes and add more benefits that employees can be happy about.

The company constantly evolve and tries their hardest to be aware of the employees needs and are always up on their feet to provide more benefits and we will be there, I am confident about we are on the right track.

They always have time to remind us of our opportunities, where we are most adept at and highlights our strengths and help us in overcoming our weaknesses or opportunities if there is a need to do so so we can be consistent and maintain our high marks.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have worked here for almost 6 years and I still get the same salary with a little upgrade which is 5% of my gross salary, the cost of living has gone up drastically ever since, I work hard to help my account but I deserve more.
