salary is not competitive, there are other companies with the same work, same client as us, but there offer 20-23k salaries

be fair with our salary, and if the company will offer a yearly bonus, please stop ranking each employee, some will received a bonus, and most of us don't. everyone deserved to receive a yearly bonus, especially those working at your company fo
