Everyone is friendly. Laid back kind of atmosphere which I like since our account is so stressful in terms of requirements and reports.

The people I work with are all good people. We get each other and work towards common goal. That is to meet the quotas to retain the account.

I like working for Enshored, I like my manager, he is fair. Just would be more motivating if pay has increase after regularization or after every year of working with the co.
