Everyone is approachable, from co-agents up to our CEO. Also, we're not just co-workers but we treat each other as brothers and sisters.
No annual increase or loyalty award for those employees that is with the company for a few years now. Something that can make them feel appreciated.
I think the company should give annual increase to their employee as a reward for their loyalty and for staying and working for the company. The company should also give a performance incentive per team/account at least per month so the employees would be more motivated to do more every month.
