There is no salary increase but we are now required to work on site for 3 times a week

I love how this company was so concern about every employees mental health and how open this is to protecting LGBTQIA+ Community

Probably permament work from home option 1-2 a week would be good as other companies were already practicing it even prior pandemic.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team is extremely dynamic and non-traditional when managing subordinates. We learn a lot from them and ensure that we apply the same to our teammates.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I had to make a pay cut but it was not in vain because the people I work with now are the people I wanna be with and I wanna work with.
