NO Direction, everyday targets and directives are changing. You will need to bring a lot of grit to survive. At the start it was all good but after some time you can get sick of people using their authority
in my 5 years at enshored is so far so good
Best part is team manager my guides me to lead and provides me immense opportunity
in my first to two years at enshored I was still happy but now it seems like I'm just working to earn a salary even though my salary is low I'm okay with what I do at my job but I hope to give importance to my time in the company
treat the agent as people not robot
about the metrics of score and policy
Give teams and employees autonomy in their work.
They communicate well with each other
happy with them and no pressured
this work from home set up
don't treat the agent a number
proper way to handle agent no to favoritism
I feel like a number, not an employee
better management and alignment especially for the officers
working on site twice a month
paid fairly mos especcially to the tenured employees
I don't know NO idea
work from home set up
having proper training for Leadership
other company catering tiktok paying more than our salary
more opportunity for development, Ask frequent feedback from the employees
Employees Welfare should be the most priority of the company
increase salary most especially to those tenured content moderator employees
A strong leader can clearly and concisely communicate goals, tasks, and other organizational needs to their team
Remove toxic people in the management, do not put too much pressure on the employees. do not be too strict and demanding
no matter how hard i work there is no pay compensation compared to someone that does just what they have to do.
I feel like a number, not an employee. They don't care about there employees especially the tenured like me who worked for them for 6 years.
For my own opinion, it seems unfair to give extra wages to employees most especially for those who have been with in the company for a long time
